The new Liqoria Lock Screen brings lyrics, your music queue, playback information, and more directly to the Lock Screen. You can follow your lyrics and see what’s playing next without returning to the desktop.

It transforms the Lock Screen into a beautiful, useful extension of Liqoria—keeping your music visible even when you’re away from the main player.

See What You Recently Played

Have you ever heard a great song and then struggled to find it again?

Liqoria now includes listening history for both Apple Music and Spotify. Simply scroll up in your queue to see your recently played tracks.

Your history lives naturally alongside the queue, so there is no additional screen or menu to open. Scroll down to see what’s coming next or scroll up to revisit what you just heard.

Animated Artwork for Spotify

Spotify artwork can now come alive in Liqoria.

Liqoria 1.7 adds support for animated Spotify artwork, bringing more movement and personality to the listening experience. When animated artwork is available, Liqoria displays it automatically across the player for a more immersive visual experience.

More New Features

You can now customize when the Up Next preview appears by choosing 5, 10, 15, or 20 seconds before the next track begins.

You can also right-click the search field to quickly switch between Apple Music and Spotify search.

The Floating Player now remembers when lyrics were open and automatically restores them the next time you open it.

Improvements and Bug Fixes

Liqoria 1.7 also includes an improved Liquid Glass design for the Massive Floating Player, smoother Dock Player dragging, faster queue performance, refined lyrics animations, and better overall performance.

This update also fixes several issues affecting the Notch Player queue, Floating Player layout, lyrics timing, licensing outside the United States, and compatibility with macOS 27.
