Liqoria 1.5: Synced Apple Music Lyrics, Apple Music Queue Enhancements, and Massive Performance Improvements
We're excited to introduce Liqoria 1.5, one of the biggest updates yet for our Liquid Glass music player on Mac
This release brings a completely redesigned lyrics experience, support for synced Apple Music lyrics, a faster and smarter Apple Music queue, and some of the largest performance optimizations we've ever shipped.
Beautiful New Lyrics Experience
Lyrics have become one of the most-loved features in Liqoria, so we rebuilt the entire experience from the ground up.
Synced Apple Music Lyrics
Liqoria 1.5 now supports live synced Apple Music lyrics, allowing lyrics to follow your music in real time.
Even better, if you have an active Apple Music subscription, synced lyrics can also work while listening through Spotify, bringing the best lyrics experience to multiple streaming services while also giving Spotify users their own dedicated Spotify Widget for Mac.
Background Vocals Support
For songs that include additional vocal tracks, Liqoria can now display background vocal lyrics, making it easier than ever to follow every part of your favorite songs.
Song Credits at the End of Lyrics
Want to know who wrote, produced, or contributed to a track? Liqoria now displays song credits directly at the end of supported lyrics.
Redesigned Lyrics Interface
The entire lyrics view has been redesigned to be cleaner, smoother, and more immersive, while remaining consistent with Liqoria's Liquid Glass aesthetic.
A new close button also makes it easier to quickly return to your music.
Faster Apple Music Queue Management
Managing your listening session is now easier than ever.
The Apple Music queue has received major improvements, including a smarter queue algorithm and the ability to instantly play any queued song by simply double-clicking it.
Whether you're building playlists, discovering albums, or controlling playback from your Mac, queue navigation feels significantly faster and more responsive.
Massive Performance Improvements
Liqoria 1.5 isn't just about new features—it's also one of our most optimized releases.
